About the Role:

We're looking for a Junior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team You will support Agile development teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and help remove obstacles so the team can deliver high-quality products. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals starting their Scrum career, where learning and growth are a key focus.

What You'll Do:

● Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

● Guide team members in applying Agile/Scrum practices.

● Promote a self-organizing, cross-functional team environment.

● Support the Product Owner with backlog management, prioritization, and schedules.

● Monitor sprint progress and help resolve blockers.

● Ensure transparency of team progress and provide updates to management.

● Assist in improving processes and helping the team become more productive over time.

● Learn and use project/task management tools.

Who We're Looking For:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

● Basic understanding of software development and at least one programming language.

● Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

● Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.

● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

● Positive attitude and willingness to grow into a leadership role.
