  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-related projects (machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, automation, etc.).
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, software developers, and business analysts to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients, technical teams, and executives.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, status updates, and executive dashboards.
  • Foster an agile, collaborative environment while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Mentor junior project managers and contribute to organizational project management best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 3–5 years managing AI, data, or digital transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, data pipelines, and their real-world applications.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, etc.).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or related certifications preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, telecommunications, or IT services.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML frameworks.
  • Knowledge of data governance, MLOps, and ethical AI considerations.
  • Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
