Join WTA as a Junior Interior Designer and help shape hospitality and high-end residential projects. This entry-level role is ideal for recent Architecture or Interior Design graduates eager to gain hands-on experience. Working with senior designers and architects, you'll contribute to concepts, drawings, research, and site work while growing in a collaborative, design-driven studio.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Documentation

  • Assist Senior Interior Designers in the development and execution of interior architecture projects
  • Support the preparation of drawings, 3D models, mood boards, and presentation materials
  • Produce detailed technical drawings and assist in interior design documentation
  • Review and refine design outputs based on feedback from the team and clients
  • Contribute to design reviews, ensuring alignment with project vision and quality standards

Research & Analysis

  • Conduct research on materials, finishes, and design precedents to inform project decisions
  • Gather references and case studies to support the development of design concepts

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and suppliers to ensure integrated solutions
  • Participate in meetings and assist with presentations and client discussions
  • Help ensure compliance with local codes, accessibility, and studio standards

Site & Project Support

  • Assist in site visits, surveys, and inspections as required
  • Support construction documentation, redlines, and follow-ups
  • Provide assistance with procurement and coordination of finishes, furniture, and fixtures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
  • 0–3 years of professional experience in an interior design or architectural studio
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Revit is an advantage
  • Strong design sensibility, spatial awareness, and material knowledge
