  1. Provide technical leadership and guidance in designing and implementing complex OutSystems-based solutions that align with business objectives and best practices.
  2. Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand intricate business requirements and architect innovative and scalable OutSystems solutions.
  3. Leverage your extensive expertise in the OutSystems platform to create sophisticated responsive web and mobile applications, implement complex logic, design elegant user interfaces, and integrate with external systems.
  4. Design and implement advanced integrations with external systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP, GraphQL, and other relevant technologies within the OutSystems platform.
  5. Identify opportunities for performance optimization and lead efforts to enhance the efficiency, responsiveness, and scalability of OutSystems applications.
  6. Guide and mentor junior developers by providing technical insights, conducting code reviews, and sharing best practices to facilitate their growth and development.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, architects, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  8. Lead comprehensive testing efforts to ensure the reliability, security, and high quality of developed solutions.
  9. Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, deployment guides, and documentation for fellow developers.
  10. Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the OutSystems platform, as well as emerging technologies and trends, to propose and implement innovative solutions.

Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  2. Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing complex applications using the OutSystems platform.
  3. Technical Skills:
    • Expert-level proficiency in the OutSystems low-code platform, including advanced UI design, complex logic implementation, and integration capabilities.
    • Strong experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, GraphQL, and other integration methods.
    • Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, and responsive design.
    • Advanced knowledge of database design principles, SQL optimization, and database performance tuning.
  4. Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to architect solutions for intricate business requirements.
  5. Leadership: Proven experience in leading technical teams, providing guidance, and influencing technical decisions.
  6. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  7. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions that align with long-term business goals.
  8. Adaptability: Strong ability to adapt to changing project requirements and evolving technologies.

Preferred:

  • OutSystems Professional Developer certification.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Previous experience in mentoring and leading junior developers.
  • Willing to work on a hybrid/fully onsite setup
