Job Summary:

The Channel Management Manager is the liaison overseeing the team and ensuring tasks are executed and implemented under Channel Management.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the team's tasks are executed accurately and implemented on time.
  • Monitor the team's performance per task and project.
  • Establish best practices per task to improve the department's performance.
  • Execute Channel Management strategies defined by the department head.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Implementation of the department's tasks together with the associates.

  • Strong attention to detail and high knowledge of marketplaces.
