The Channel Management Lead – Promotions Implementation is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and flawless execution of all promotional activities across e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and the brand's official website. This role ensures that all promotional mechanics are implemented correctly, pricing and discounts are error-free, platform-specific requirements are met, and timelines are strictly followed.

Acting as the lead executor and quality gatekeeper, the role works closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Client Services, Digital Marketing, Inventory, Creative) and external platform contacts to ensure campaigns go live on time, with 100% accuracy and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:1. Promotions Planning & Coordination

  • Own the executional timeline of all e-commerce promotions (monthly campaigns, mega sales, flash deals, vouchers, platform-exclusive promos).
  • Coordinate with the Client Services to validate campaign mechanics, product list, pricing strategy, and live dates.
  • Translate campaign plans into clear, platform-specific execution requirements.

2. Platform Execution

  • Manage pricing and promotional uploads in Seller Centers (Shopee, Lazada, & Zalora), and Shopify admin.
  • Ensure correct product tagging, discount stacking, and voucher configurations for each platform.
  • Handle daily syncs and validations with e-commerce partners (e.g., category managers) to ensure promo visibility.

3. QA and Accuracy Checks

  • Perform pre-launch and real-time QA to verify product, pricing, discount logic, product availability, and banner placements.
  • Monitor live campaigns for pricing errors, exclusions, or product issues, and escalate immediately for correction.
  • Lead post-mortem checks on pricing errors and drive continuous improvement on accuracy.

4. Campaign Readiness & Alignment

  • Conduct pre-launch reviews with key internal teams (Inventory, Fulfillment, CSR) to confirm stock levels, order flow readiness, and return handling procedures.
  • Submit campaign forms, media assets, and deal templates on time per platform SLAs.

5. Reporting & Optimization

  • Track campaign performance in real-time in coordination with the performance team (orders, sales, click-through).
  • Compile post-campaign reports highlighting wins, issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Support the development of a campaign playbook for scalable implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or channel management, preferably with hands-on exposure to Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and Shopify.
  • Strong knowledge of Seller Center mechanics and platform promotion mechanics.
  • Detail-oriented with a proven track record of managing complex timelines with 100% accuracy.
  • Familiarity with promotional tools such as vouchers, bundles, free shipping, campaign tagging, and custom landing pages.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
