Reinsurance Associate, Asia Reinsurance

Role Summary
This role is responsible for executing moderately complex reinsurance processes with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. The Reinsurance Associate applies a solid understanding of procedures and systems to deliver high-quality outputs and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute reinsurance processes with accuracy and efficiency using established systems and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with service standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to meet shared goals and support operational needs.
- Prepare and validate monthly reports and data outputs for assigned markets.
- Maintain and update exception documentation and system records.
- Support treaty and product implementations through accurate system inputs.
- Resolve non-routine issues using defined procedures and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and contribute to process improvements.
- Deliver high-quality work that impacts team performance and service delivery.
Qualifications
- College Graduate in any field
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Familiarity with TAI.Net, SQL, Python, and PowerBI is an advantage
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Fast learner with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Consistent attendance and reliability
- Team-oriented mindset
