We're looking for a proactive and driven Account Executive to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in managing projects, supporting clients, and ensuring every campaign is executed seamlessly.
What You'll Do:
*Client Management
- Act as the main day-to-day contact for clients.
- Build long-term relationships and understand client needs.
- Share updates, reports, and meeting minutes regularly.
*Business Development
- Assist in preparing proposals and client pitches.
- Explore opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
*Project & Account Coordination
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Work with internal teams (creative, production, logistics).
- Source and negotiate with vendors.
*Project Management
- Support projects from start to finish.
- Ensure deliverables meet deadlines, scope, and budget.
- Monitor progress and resolve issues quickly.
- Conduct post-project evaluations.
*Cost Management
- Prepare and review client quotes.
- Compare vendor costs for best value.
*Customer Service
- Ensure client satisfaction.
- Address concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide on-site support during events, installations, or shoots.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, Business, or related field.
- Strong organizational, project management or skills.
- Excellent communication, grammar and presentation skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome – passion and drive matter most
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
- Must be based in Cavite, Las Piñas, Alabang, or nearby areas.
