What you will do:

  • Area Kitchen Manager Chefs prepare and execute high-quality dishes according to Max's restaurant's menu and standards.
  • Coordinate with multiple kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations and workflow.
  • Uphold food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations in all kitchen areas.
  • Collaborate with the Culinary R&D Chef and management to refine recipes, plating, and overall menu execution with the approval of the innovation team.
  • Work closely with restaurant managers, front-of-house teams, and fellow chefs to ensure seamless service.

What we need:

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a multi-outlet operation.
  • Strong knowledge of Filipino cuisine, cooking techniques, and kitchen best practices.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of kitchen experience.
