DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Wash, Clean, and sanitize dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment and all line section areas.
  • Assisting and helping Chefs and Cooks in basic preparations such as washing, peeling and cutting of various ingredients
  • Maintaining workstations, storage areas, cold areas, floors organized and tidy all times
  • Disposing of garbage everyday and following proper waste management procedures.
  • Assisting in receiving and storing of deliveries of food and supplies
  • Maintaining the pot washing area clean and organized
  • Refilling of hand soap, sanitizer, and paper towels in the kitchen
  • Ensuring the dish washing machine is always clean and ready
  • Checking and cleaning of sinks, drains, in dishwashing areas.
  • Helping in plating of pack meal as necessary and instructed by Chef on duty and assisting of the distribution of meal pack.
  • Always maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organized.
  • Performs other duties from time to time as assigned/ delegated by the superiors

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With at least 1-2 years Experience as a Kitchen Utility/Helper
  • Secondary Diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php21,000.00 per month
