The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all financial and accounting operations within the accounting department flow smoothly.

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the work of accounting staff, reviewing financial statements to ensure accuracy, and reconcile general ledger accounts.

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for verifying and recording transactions, resolve account discrepancies, and perform other tasks to secure all transactions are recorded.

This role requires large amounts of numerical data and have a strong leadership skill and knowledge in accounting principles and practices, and demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Banking and Finance.

2. At least 4-10 years related work experience.

3. Proven experience working as an Accounting Supervisor.

4. Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

5. Excellent research, problem solving, and time management skills.

6. Results & deadline driven.

7. Ability to build relationships with external and internal customers.

8. High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

9. Advance computer skills and Microsoft Excel proficiency.

10. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

11. Strong management and leadership skills.

  1. Willing to work on-site in San Juan City from Monday to Saturday with compressed schedule.

Note: Salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php60,000.00 per month
