- Provide regulatory acumen and sound legal advice on cases requiring coordination with government agencies such as DMW, POLO, DOLE, OWWA, and other related mandatory bodies.
- Conduct periodic reviews or audits of internal operations to ensure compliance procedures are properly implemented.
- Facilitate internal investigations of compliance issues and provide recommendations.
- File compliance reports with regulatory agencies as required.
- Analyze issues and concerns to prevent legal cases.
- Troubleshoot urgent compliance-related cases and propose immediate solutions.
- Draft correspondence related to clients, candidates, and other relevant parties within the scope of pre-legal work.
- Consult with corporate attorneys when necessary to resolve complex legal and compliance issues.
- Handle workers' complaints and propose solutions in coordination with Top Management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a legal-related course.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in labor relations and/or employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Makati City
