Key Responsibilities:
- Meticulous Document & Record Management: Take ownership of establishing, organizing, and maintaining comprehensive physical and digital legal files, documentation, and case studies. This includes precise labeling, systematic filing, and secure safekeeping of all records with rigorous attention to detail, ensuring immediate retrievability and accuracy.
- Compliance Monitoring & Reporting: Execute and monitor the company's compliance with various government agencies, preparing accurate and well-organized reports and necessary documents for submission.
- Real Estate Titling & Tax Declaration Support: Provide essential support in real estate titling and tax declaration processes, including the preparation and monitoring of documents related to property acquisitions, transfers, and tax compliance.
- Administrative Legal Support: Offer comprehensive administrative assistance to the legal department and management, enhancing overall office effectiveness through efficient information flow and organized support.
- Communication & Information Flow: Maintain consistent contact with relevant internal and external parties, effectively communicating case progress and updates to management, ensuring they are well-informed through meticulously organized information.
- Due Diligence & Liaison Support: Assist in conducting legal, tax, and technical due diligence for company acquisitions and sales by organizing and analyzing relevant documentation. Support external liaisons and relations with government agencies and other external parties, ensuring all related documentation is meticulously managed.
- Document Preparation & Accurate Filling: Prepare legal documents by accurately filling in template-based forms and correspondence, ensuring completeness and adherence to established formats.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's/College Degree in Law, Political Science, Property Development/Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of proven working experience in a legal support role, with a strong, demonstrable emphasis on documentation, real estate titling, and tax declaration processes.
- Exceptional Organizational Skills: A non-negotiable requirement. Must possess a highly systematic, meticulous, and detail-oriented approach to physical and digital record-keeping and file management. Experience in implementing and maintaining robust organizational systems is a significant advantage.
- Real Estate Titling & Tax Declaration Knowledge: Solid understanding and practical experience in real estate titling and tax declaration processes, including related documentation.
- Document Proficiency: Strong skills in accurately preparing and filling out template-based legal documents, along with effective document review and analysis.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and digital document management systems.
- Proactive & Resourceful: Ability to anticipate needs, work independently, and identify efficient solutions.
- Work Location: Must be willing to work in Makati City.
