Human Resource Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of HR operations and strategies within our organization. This role plays a critical part in aligning HR practices with business goals and ensuring a high-performing, compliant, and engaged workforce.
The HR Manager will also oversee administrative staff, ensuring streamlined operations across both HR and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
- Support business objectives by developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive initiatives related to talent acquisition, retention, and organizational development.
- Manage relationships with recruitment and headhunter agencies to ensure timely and quality talent acquisition.
- Design and implement coaching, mentoring, and talent development programs.
- Ensure compliance with all local employment and labor laws.
- Leverage HRIS and other digital tools to enhance HR efficiency and reporting.
- Supervise administrative personnel in alignment with the 2026 consolidation strategy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a full-spectrum HR role.
- Strong background in recruitment, particularly in the energy, corporate, and construction sectors.
- Experience collaborating with recruitment firms or headhunter agencies.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing programs for coaching, mentoring, and talent management.
- Proficient in the use of HRIS platforms and systems.
- Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulatory compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Las Piñas.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
