Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment Monitoring (PO to RR):

  • Monitor the status of Purchase Orders (POs) through to the creation of the Receiving Report (RR).

Import Logistics & Shipment Management:

  • Handle the consolidation, monitoring, and releasing of shipments.
  • Select and book forwarders and brokers for shipments.
  • Create packing lists for all incoming shipments.

Costing & Pricing:

  • Process and determine the Landed Cost for shipments.
  • Compute the selling price for all products intended for sale.
  • Create and maintain the company's price list, contributing to the goal of completing the update for fast-moving and standard products.
  • Create Statements of Account (SOA) for charges billed to customers (e.g., for releasing or freight).

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of direct experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or a purchasing role focused on importation.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Work location: West Avenue, Quezon City
  • Can start ASAP.
