Job Summary

Responsible in ensuring all activities related to purchasing are conducted efficiently, effectively, and timely.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Canvass and purchase supplies, equipment and service as required by the different department;
  • Search for possible supplier, negotiate the price, warranty terms, payment terms and other related details;
  • Ensure that all Purchasing documents, database records are complete, updated, accurate and proper safekeeping implemented;
  • Prepare & control sales quotation;
  • Ensure that internal and external customers' request are attended to promptly;

General Qualifications

  • Graduate of any business course.
  • Strong skills in office software (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Familiarity with an ERP system, such as Odoo, would be a significant asset.
  • Ability to make sound decisions is a valued trait for this position.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Saturday
  • Work location: West Avenue, Quezon City
  • Can start ASAP.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
