Creative Marketing Supervisor

Job Description:

  • Plan, understand, and story tell initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, email, tri-media, etc.)
  • Uses multiple sources of data to identify trends and consumer behaviors that could affect the design of the campaign
  • Develop and conceptualize digital marketing strategies and manage end-to-end campaigns
  • Assist in analyzing the marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies — and how this may affect the design requirement
  • Produce engaging, clear and concise copy and captions for different touchpoint channels
  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in primary areas of Creative Content—particularly content development and production
  • Collaborate with different business units to create and deliver marketing programs and campaigns
  • Leads, conceptualizes and executes creative requirements of the organization/s under different Brand Visual Identity/Personalities
  • Photography and Videography knowledge is a great advantage
  • Brand Person at heart
  • Liaise with third party agencies to execute promotional events and campaigns
  • Provide valuable support in multifaceted marketing endeavors, campaign, and diverse assignments, as necessitated by superiors, demonstrating versatile and proactive approach
  • Act as a liaison of the Creatives Team
  • Manage and maintain the projects of the Creatives Team meeting the Creative Excellence required

Qualifications:

  • Holds a degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Fine Arts, and other related courses
  • Experience in integrated marketing campaigns
  • Has the Creative Eye in creative executions
  • Social media savvy
  • Ability to work fast-paced in a team environment
  • Knowledgeable in using the software of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge in Figma is a plus.
