The Creative Artist supports the hotel's marketing initiatives by producing visually engaging designs and creative materials that promote the hotel's brand, services, and events. This role combines artistic skills with marketing strategy to create content for both digital and print platforms, ensuring the hotel stands out in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design marketing collateral such as posters, flyers, brochures, menus, banners, and event materials.
  • Create digital assets for social media, website, and email campaigns.
  • Develop creative concepts for hotel promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with the hotel's brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate with printers, suppliers, and photographers for production requirements.
  • Maintain an organized archive of design files and artwork.
  • Stay updated with design trends and hospitality marketing practices to produce fresh, innovative content.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Experience in graphic design, preferably in hospitality or marketing.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools.
  • Strong sense of layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
