
Sales Director

Sales Director's key responsibilities include overseeing the sales pipeline, building and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives and partners, and serving as a trusted advisor on Calibr8's software and business solutions, work closely with internal teams (marketing, solution consulting, partners) and external stakeholders to ensure successful client outcomes and drive business growth and oversee financial planning for customer proposals, manage budgets, and ensure profitable delivery of Calibr8 services.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience selling enterprise-level software solutions, with a history of exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams and Strong ability to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for specific regions or industries.
- High level of business acumen and technical expertise in enterprise solutions, including cloud offerings and exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to manage complex deals and build relationships with C-level stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment with both internal teams and external partners.
