Role Description

This
is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home part of the time or full-time. The Financial Advisor will assist clients in understanding and managing their financial goals by providing personalized financial strategies, including insurance planning, investment advice, and savings solutions. The role involves client relationship management, conducting financial needs analysis, creating and presenting financial plans, and educating clients on available financial products and services. Engaging with prospective clients and maintaining long-term relationships will also be integral to the role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Previous experience in financial advisory or sales is an advantage
  • A commitment to ethical practices, continuous learning, and client satisfaction
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for remote work and virtual consultations
  • Sales, Client Relationship Management, and effective Communication skills is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge in Financial Planning, Investment Recommendations, and Insurance Solutions (nice to have)
  • Ability to conduct thorough Financial Needs Analysis and create tailored solutions (nice to have)
  • Proven organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently (nice to have)
