As the Corporate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the corporate sales efforts for Etihad in the region, strengthening their market presence, and achieving the commercial objectives.
Fluency in both Tagalog and English is essential, as you will be a key link in managing relationships with partners in the region. You will work closely with both the local team and the client's head office to develop and implement sales strategies that increase revenue and market share. You will also provide reporting, analysis, and administrative support to ensure sales targets are met.

- Account Management: Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and proactively addressing their needs.
- Sales & Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential corporate clients, and driving revenue growth.
- Market Analysis & Strategy: Understanding the business travel market, analysing sales performance, and developing strategies to improve results.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating contracts, closing deals, and ensuring the successful implementation of sales initiatives.
- Reporting & Analysis: Preparing and presenting activity reports to management, analysing sales data, and identifying trends and opportunities.
- Collaboration: Working effectively with other departments, such as marketing & reservations, to achieve sales goals.
Collaborate with the client's team to ensure alignment on pricing, policies, and sales targets.
- Attending industry events and meetings to enhance brand visibility and network with key stakeholders.
- Support with administrative tasks.
Core Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as Corporates Sales Manager for airlines.
- Already-established network of relationships with key corporate & TMC partners in the Philippines.
- Strong sales & negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Understanding of the business travel market and airline industry.
- Proficiency in using sales tools and software such as Amadeus, DDS, MIDT, Tableau, Salesforce, MS Office.
- Excellent numeracy skills, with experience in Excel for data analysis.
- Detail-oriented and accurate in preparing reports & analysis.
- Results-driven, motivated and proactive attitude.
- Experience working in a fast-pace, results-driven environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business.
- Fluency in Tagalog and English, both written and spoken.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to travel as required to meet with clients, partners, and attend industry events.
