Direct message the job poster from Canon SingaporeResponsible in managing all online partners to attain assigned sell in target for Canon Consumer Products. Responsibilities:Source out new potential partners (mostly in Lazada, Shopee, & TikTok) who can aggressively sell Canon products online.

Help grow online managed partners' sell-in capability. Ensures achievement of online sell-in target of assigned online dealers are met consistently. Negotiates approval of sales programs and ensures prompt claim processing of all incentives, supports, discounts and rebates.

Monitors accounts' compliance with prescribed inventory levels and ensures that clients are not to selling parallel imported Canon products

Coordinates with Credit and Collection team to ensure account receivables are within credit terms and negotiates prompt payment of assigned direct accounts. Communicates and monitors implementations of End User, Distributor, dealer Programs, and other related Canon Policies relevant to the assigned account.

Assists in online partner marketing activities such as mega campaigns, online exclusive promotions, and the like. Communicates up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners. Conducts regular monthly performance review and sales coordination meetings with key contacts of assigned account, to ensure sales objectives are aligned.

Develops sales plans and strategies based on sound analysis of current resources and situation, business needs of the client and value-added proposition. Identifies key components in strategic, financial and business plans to help clients develop their business. Understands, honors, and adheres to Service Level Agreements and Contracts to maintain profitability for both sides.

Ensures profitability of each account by using sound judgment and analyses of all the financial aspects of each negotiation such as credit risks, & profit margins. Monitors overdue/outstanding accounts to keep track of billing and collectionRequirementsAt least 3 years solution E commerce Sales experience from a related industry is an advantageexperience in handing online platforms for Lazada, Shopee, & TikTokExcellent communication and interpersonal network in industry
