E-Commerce Team Leader Trainee

Key Responsibilities
  • In-Depth Learning & Rotation: Over a 6–12 month training program, rotate through Customer Service, After-Sales, and Claims to master frontline operations and company SOPs
  • Assist in Management: Support the Team Leader with daily tasks like scheduling, attendance tracking, new staff training support, and performance data collection
  • Complex Issue Handling: Help resolve high-risk customer complaints and claims escalated by CSRs, learning risk control and crisis management
  • Process Improvement: Use frontline experience to suggest ways to improve team efficiency, service quality, and business processes
  • Project Involvement: Participate in short-term projects aimed at service quality or operational efficiency improvement
  • Leadership Development: Learn performance coaching, goal setting, and team motivation under a mentor's guidance
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher (Management, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related fields preferred)
  • Experience: 1–2 years in E-Commerce Customer Service / After-Sales, or outstanding fresh graduates; experience in student government or organizational management is a plus
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Tagalog/Filipino
Skills
  • Proficient in data/statistics and analysis tools (e.g., Excel)
  • Experience with customer service systems (e.g., Duoke, Superbrowser, Le Chat) is preferred
