About the Role

Are you passionate about e-commerce and driving online sales success? We're looking for a dynamic E-Commerce Specialist to take ownership of our digital sales operations and help us grow our online presence. What You'll Do

Drive E-Commerce Success

  • Own the complete e-commerce journey from platform setup and daily operations to troubleshooting and optimization
  • Launch and manage sales promotions, marketing campaigns, and social media initiatives that drive results
  • Execute strategic programs that align with our business goals and accelerate growth
  • Build customer loyalty through retention programs and outstanding service delivery
  • Hit and exceed sales targets while maintaining operational excellence

Analyze and Optimize

  • Turn data into action by analyzing sales performance, logistics, and campaign effectiveness
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and service quality to continuously improve the experience
  • Develop and refine processes for order fulfillment, returns, refunds, and transactions
  • Create reports and insights that guide business decisions and strategy

Connect with Customers

  • Engage with customers through chat and calls, delivering professional and helpful support
  • Build lasting relationships that turn first-time buyers into loyal advocates

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
  • Hands-on experience managing e-commerce operations and digital marketing
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, etc.)
  • Digital marketing expertise including SEO and social media strategies
  • Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Understanding of e-commerce logistics and supply chain operations
