Join our expanding e-commerce team We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking Operations Supervisor to oversee TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) operations, lead Team Leaders, and collaborate closely with TikTok Account Managers and clients to ensure operational efficiency and campaign success.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily TikTok Shop Partner operations and manage Team Leaders.
- Coordinate and communicate with TikTok Account Managers and sellers.
- Review, analyze, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Conduct interviews, performance evaluations, and support team development initiatives.
- Provide Mandarin–Tagalog translation support when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in operations, e-commerce, or a related role.
- At least 1 year of experience or certification in people management.
- Fluency in Mandarin and Tagalog (spoken and written).
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
