you will help in managing and improving our customers' online experience by picking out and configuring our various measurement devices. You will help support and maintain our product configurator, working through user issues, reflecting changes and enhancements, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience specifying what they need from us.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Troubleshoot product configuration issues experienced by our users.
• Update business system-related products, including item creation/update, enabling of parts, item attributes and categories, and application of templates.
• Address basic configurator issues such as rule troubleshooting, publication issues, item commoning, and attribute issues.
• Conduct quality assurance analysis and testing of configurator changes to address actual orders for booking.
• Participate in projects related to the configurator through rule writing, loading, testing, and publication.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or any Engineering degree with a programming course in the curriculum.
• 1 year of related support experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic Programming principles.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience in handling multiple troubleshooting tickets on a Customer Relationship Management system.
• Experience in addressing issues from global customers.
