About the role Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc. is seeking a diligent and analytical Finance Analyst to join our team in Metro Manila. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our financial accounting and reporting functions, contributing to the overall financial health and success of the organisation. What you'll be doing Preparing and analysing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Performing detailed financial data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders Supporting the month-end and year-end close processes Participating in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial expertise and support Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a consultancy or professional services environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and draw meaningful insights Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis Proficient in the use of financial software and spreadsheet applications, such as Microsoft Excel Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to present financial information to diverse stakeholders Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the organization About us Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc. is a leading provider of financial and business consulting services.
