WE'RE HIRING: HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and organized Human Resource Specialist to establish and oversee our newly formed HR Department. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building systems from the ground up — from recruitment and training to employee engagement and performance management.

The HR Specialist will play a key role in shaping our company culture, ensuring compliance with labor standards, and supporting our growing team across multiple offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the full hiring process — from posting job ads and screening applicants to onboarding new hires.
  • Policy Development: Establish and implement HR policies, rules, and office procedures that promote fairness, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Training & Development: Identify, organize, and facilitate training programs to enhance employee performance and professional growth.
  • Performance Management: Develop metrics, review processes, and feedback systems to ensure employees meet company standards.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns and ensure a positive, collaborative workplace environment.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Work with management to ensure competitive and compliant salary structures and benefits packages.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, handle government-related documentation (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR), and ensure timely compliance. Note that we have an agency doing this for us.
  • Culture Building: Organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs that promote teamwork and morale.
  • Planning and executing of Team Building.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Must be comfortable working independently and creating new HR systems from scratch.
