Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Quezon City for a Senior Human Resources Specialist. The role involves overseeing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, administering employee benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks include addressing personnel management needs, developing strategic HR initiatives, and supporting organizational talent acquisition and retention efforts. The Senior Human Resources Specialist will also design and improve HR processes aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) management and policies development
  • Strong knowledge of HR Management, including employee engagement and labor law compliance
  • Experience in administering Employee Benefits and managing personnel-related processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Background in the media, entertainment, or technology sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
