Responsibilities

1. Client Support Function

Account Management

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for both new and existing clients, addressing assessment-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to provide timely responses and solutions to clients' assessment and technical queries and concerns.
  • Manage communication channels (e.g., tawk and ticketing) to offer support to all clients within the ASD Centralized Support.
  • Establish and maintain client contact schedules after initial training to monitor client satisfaction.
  • Document client interactions, including product usage, success stories, and satisfaction, in the CRM system.

Usage Monitoring. Proactively monitor client usage patterns and report significant issues.

Billing and Renewal Support.

  • Provide assistance in handling contract renewals, including coordinating training, support calls, and reporting;
  • Initiate Client billings for usage, site maintenance fees, testing fees, etc.

Training.

  • Support the organization and delivery of client training sessions, with a focus on End-User and Site Navigation Training;
  • Assist in the preparation of training materials and documentation for client sessions.

2. Testing Services Function

  • Facilitate both onsite and offsite testing activities for clients as directed.
  • Assist in administering assessments to testing candidates under supervision.

3. Project Management and Data Analytics.

  • Provide essential support and assistance needed by the Project team under the guidance of the Project Manager. Perform tasks as assigned in the Project Management Plan.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or any related course
  • Must be a Registered Psychometrician
  • Experience is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Must be willing to work under any work condition (on-site/WFH)
  • Must work well under supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
