Job Title: Technical Support Associate

About the Job:

The Technical Support Associate serves as the primary point of contact for technical support cases.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, answering basic queries, and directing clients towards proper software application usage and management.

  • Attend to support cases via phone, email, or online web tools.
  • Answer enquiries and prepare materials on product usage and sales.
  • Analyze and categorize issues to eventually route support cases to the right support staff.
  • Conduct client training sessions.
  • Perform environment health checks.
  • Handle sales enquiries and background checking of potential clients after receipt of sales enquiries.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written, with a clear and concise manner.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in typing.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications.

Additional Information:
  • Bachelor's degree in any course related to Information Technology or Engineering is an advantage.
