We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Industrial Engineer to join our team in Pasay Merville. As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our processes, improving efficiency, and driving continuous improvement across our operations. You will be responsible for analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Time & Motion Study

  • Conduct comprehensive time and motion studies for manual and semi-automated inspection and repacking processes of finished pharmaceutical products.

  • Measure and document current process times, identify bottlenecks, and assess operator efficiency.

  • Analyze data to determine standard times and recommend improvements in workflow, ergonomics, and labor allocation.

  • Process Optimization

  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Production, and Warehouse teams to streamline inspection and repacking operations.

  • Recommend process improvements to reduce waste, improve throughput, and ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.

  • Policy and SOP Development

  • Draft and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and policies related to inspection and repacking of pharmaceutical products.

  • Ensure policies are aligned with industry regulations, internal quality standards, and operational efficiency goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in industrial engineering or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with lean and six sigma methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php80,000.00 per month
