Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Manager located in Metro Davao. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service. Responsibilities will include managing and training housekeeping staff, coordinating with other departments, monitoring inventory levels of cleaning supplies, and upholding health and safety regulations. The manager will also handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in managing teams
  • Proficiency in Laundry operations and inventory management
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills and ability to handle guest requests and complaints
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in Hiring and training housekeeping staff
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
