Job Summary:

Oversee the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of company's supplies, materials and equipment that is being forwarded to the company's warehouse for safety keeping and storage. Manage people, processes and systems and make sure productivity targets are met. Oversee the maintenance of warehouse and labor-management systems. Responsible for workplace health and safety standards and for the security of the building and stocks

Job Description:

  • Maintains receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program operational and personnel policies and procedures
  • Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
  • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system
  • Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts. Inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair and requisition for replacement
  • Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work result
  • Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
  • Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Job Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor/College degree in Logistic/Supply Chain/Management/Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 5 years related experience in Managerial role and training on the same filed
  • Experience in leading and managing multiple teams
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret the most complex documents

Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries and complaints

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
