Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, organizing inventory, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
  • Supervise and support warehouse staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Keep track of inventory levels and perform regular stock counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment that meets all regulatory requirements.
  • Handle customer service issues and resolve any disputes or concerns related to shipping and damaged goods.
  • Operate various types of equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in the manufacturing or distribution industry.
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs in previous roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time, with frequent bending and reaching.
