About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join GoldenStars Packaging Resources Co., Inc. as a Warehouse Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of the company's warehouse operations in Quezon City, Metro Manila. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials, optimising storage and distribution processes, and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving of raw and packaging materials, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, quality assurance of materials, shipping and customer service.
  • Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
  • Managing warehouse in compliance with company's policies, vision and mission.
  • Excellent oral and written, communication skills are a must, as well as motivational skills, delegation skills, and the ability to mediate. Additionally, need to possess technical and numeracy and finance skills, and ability to problem solve.
  • Manage and coordinate all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of products
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency

What we're looking for

  • Experience (3+ years) in a warehouse management or a similar logistics role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or packaging industries
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and different warehouse management system
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in using warehouse management systems and data analysis tools
  • Effective leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements related to warehousing and distribution
