Job Opportunity:

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of operations related to a portfolio of properties, including tenancy and lease management, facilities management, and overseeing outsourced service providers.

Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Manage all aspects of operations with respect to a portfolio of properties, ensuring efficient and timely execution.
  • Tenancy and Lease Management: Identify and negotiate new leases, renewals, and terminations, ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee all aspects of facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Sourcing and Managing Service Providers: Source and manage outsourced service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure all facilities meet health and safety standards and comply with regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of 1-5 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution.
Ideal Profile:
  • Licensed Engineer: Possess a valid license as a Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineer.
  • Experience: Have at least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within Property Management.
  • Skills: Possess excellent communication and influencing skills, be organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Networking: Be a strong networker and relationship builder.
  • Teamwork: Be a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills and be comfortable dealing with numerical data.
