We are looking for a reliable and skilled Bulldozer Operator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a bulldozer to move earth, debris, and other materials to prepare job sites for construction or mining operations. This role requires precision, safety awareness, and a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate bulldozer to push, spread, pile, or grade materials such as soil, rock, or sand.
  • Clear and level land for roads, buildings, or other construction sites.
  • Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure operational safety.
  • Interpret site plans, grade stakes, and other references to determine work requirements.
  • Adjust blade controls to regulate depth and angle for grading or excavation.
  • Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other operators to ensure efficient site operations.
  • Follow all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.
  • Identify and report equipment issues to supervisors or mechanics promptly.
  • Keep records of work performed and materials moved.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php1,100.00 per day
