Job Description

This is a full-time Human Resource Generalist role located on-site in Pasig. The HR Generalist supports the Human Resource Manager by handling daily HR operations, ensuring smooth implementation of policies, and providing assistance in recruitment, employee relations, compensation, training, and compliance. The role requires versatility and attention to detail, serving as the first point of contact for employees on HR matters.

Duties and Responsibilities

Recruitment and Hiring Support

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job postings, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  • Facilitate pre-employment requirements and onboarding processes.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist in implementing company policies and disciplinary procedures.
  • Help maintain a positive and compliant workplace culture.

Compensation and Benefits Administration

  • Process payroll-related data (attendance, overtime, deductions).
  • Coordinate government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Assist in the administration of company benefits and incentives.

Training and Development Support

  • Organize training schedules and maintain training records.
  • Assist in preparing training materials and logistics.
  • Track training attendance and evaluate effectiveness through feedback.

Performance Management

  • Assist in the administration of performance evaluations.
  • Maintain performance records and follow up on documentation.
  • Provide support in employee recognition and improvement plans.

Compliance and Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee 201 files.
  • Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist during audits and government inspections.

HR Data and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate HR databases and trackers (attendance, leave, manpower).
  • Generate HR-related reports for review by the HR Manager.
  • Monitor HR metrics such as turnover and recruitment timelines.

Other HR Functions

  • Support employee engagement activities (events, programs, wellness).
  • Assist in handling clearances and exit processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
