
Talent Engagement Specialist

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment as a strategic collaborator with various departments, ensuring that human resources practices align with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent engagement and event management, disciplinary case management, employee relations, and legal handling of labor cases. Additionally, they should be proficient in written and spoken English, skilled in Word and Excel, and available for a shifting schedule.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues, concerns, and policies.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication between management and staff.
- Guide managers on performance appraisal processes and provide training on effective feedback and evaluation methods.
- Help design and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Facilitate workshops or training sessions related to HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement.
- Ensure that HR policies and procedures are consistently applied throughout the organization.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Function as a liaison between the company and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) when grievance cases are filed.
- Conduct thorough investigations into grievances, gathering relevant information and documentation from all parties involved.
- Prepare and submit required documentation and responses to DOLE as needed.
- Collaborate with legal counsel when necessary to address complex cases and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Work towards resolution of grievances through mediation or negotiation, striving to maintain positive employee relations and minimize potential disputes.
This is a full-time position requiring a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with a focus on talent engagement, employee relations, and performance management. Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis is also essential.
