What is your mission?

We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to support end-to-end order processing, payment handling, shipping coordination, and customer account setup. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment, timely updates, and smooth customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, solid Shopify experience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and enter Purchase Orders from SAP Ariba into Shopify for processing and fulfillment.
  • Match Purchase Orders from ClassWallet with pending Shopify payments.
  • Provide shipping and tracking assistance, ensuring customers receive timely updates.
  • Assist with processing credit card payments and respond to related inquiries.
  • Handle order returns and refunds, ensuring smooth and accurate processing.
  • Enter and track sample requests in a master sheet and ensure proper fulfillment.
  • Support account creation by receiving tax exemption certificates and providing necessary documents (e.g., W9).
Who are we looking for?
  • College graduate of any course.
  • 2 years of order management or order processing experience.
  • Shopify experience for order processing and fulfillment.
  • Strong understanding of order workflows, including PO processing, refunds, returns, and tracking.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office for order tracking and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
