Job Summary:

The Order Management Associate ensures accurate and timely processing of customer orders for food service accounts. The role coordinates with sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to guarantee efficient delivery, proper documentation, and excellent customer service while maintaining food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and validate customer purchase orders and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for dispatch of temperature-sensitive products.
  • Track and monitor orders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate order, delivery, and billing records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Information Technlogy or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in order management or logistics (preferably in food service or FMCG).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and food safety compliance is an advantage.
