Marketing Administrator

Ever wanted to be the person who keeps the creative chaos organised? We're looking for a Marketing Administrator who thrives on making things happen behind the scenes whilst being part of an energetic, fast-moving team.
This isn't your typical admin role. You'll be working directly with our Marketing Executives and Managing Director, becoming the crucial link that keeps our projects flowing, our clients happy, and our team functioning smoothly. What You'll Do
You'll be the organisational heartbeat of our marketing agency. Your days will involve coordinating project management across multiple campaigns, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks whilst everyone else is focused on the creative work. You'll solve admin challenges before they become problems, liaise with clients and team members to keep communication flowing, and generally be the person everyone relies on to keep things running smoothly.
There's also scope to get involved in lighter marketing tasks when you're interested - this is a place where initiative is rewarded and you can shape the role around your strengths.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience working in a busy office environment - you know what it's like when multiple priorities compete for your attention and you can handle it with grace
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills - you're the person who colour-codes their calendar and actually enjoys it
- Confident with software and digital tools - experience with Canva, Microsoft Office suite, Mailchimp, SurveyMonkey, or similar platforms would be ideal
- Natural problem-solver who learns quickly - you're the type who figures things out independently and hits the ground running rather than waiting for step-by-step guidance
- Excellent communication skills - you can liaise with different personalities and keep everyone informed without being pushy
- Self-motivation and initiative - with flexible hours and independent working comes the need for self-discipline and proactive thinking
- Background in recruitment or marketing (highly desirable but not essential) - if you understand our world, you'll be even more effective from day one
