Administrative Coordinator

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator who genuinely enjoys administrative work and wants to continue growing in a high-level admin role. This position is admin-heavy and requires working closely with workers, doctors, physiotherapists, insurers, and internal teams. Payroll is an important part of the job, but it represents approximately 30% of the workload.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration & Coordination
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, case files, and documentation.
- Coordinate communication and scheduling between workers, medical providers, insurers, and internal staff.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare correspondence, meeting notes, and compliance documentation.
Communication
- Act as a primary point of contact for workers and external professionals.
- Handle inquiries, provide updates, and ensure smooth information flow.
Payroll (Approx. 30%)
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Review timesheets, leave, and allowances.
- Address payroll queries and support HR/Finance as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years in a senior administrative role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with payroll processes and systems.
- High attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in office and administrative software (Microsoft, Google Workspace, etc.).
