Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator who genuinely enjoys administrative work and wants to continue growing in a high-level admin role. This position is admin-heavy and requires working closely with workers, doctors, physiotherapists, insurers, and internal teams. Payroll is an important part of the job, but it represents approximately 30% of the workload.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration & Coordination

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, case files, and documentation.
  • Coordinate communication and scheduling between workers, medical providers, insurers, and internal staff.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare correspondence, meeting notes, and compliance documentation.

Communication

  • Act as a primary point of contact for workers and external professionals.
  • Handle inquiries, provide updates, and ensure smooth information flow.

Payroll (Approx. 30%)

  • Process payroll accurately and on time.
  • Review timesheets, leave, and allowances.
  • Address payroll queries and support HR/Finance as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a senior administrative role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with payroll processes and systems.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in office and administrative software (Microsoft, Google Workspace, etc.).
