About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Account Coordinator to join our team at Paramount Human Resource Multi-purpose Cooperative in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales and client management activities, ensuring seamless service delivery to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage client account information, update records, and maintain accurate data
  2. Coordinate communication between clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
  3. Schedule and attend client meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes
  4. Assist with the preparation of client proposals, contracts, and other documents
  5. Provide general administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and report generation
  6. Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of client projects
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of client service
  8. Conduct regular visits to assigned branches or sites to monitor operations and performance

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing administrative or coordination role
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Customer service-oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  7. Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
