We're looking for
Support Project Managers
who will work hand-in-hand with our
Senior Project Managers
to bring U.S. financial disclosure projects to life—with precision, quality, and client focus.

What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day project coordination support to the Senior Project Manager.
  • Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and cross-department collaboration.
  • Help ensure content, design, and compliance requirements are met—on time and on brand.
  • Track revisions, file updates, and status reports throughout the production cycle.
  • Learn the ropes of financial communications and regulatory reporting while making an impact.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Background in marketing, creatives, digital content, communications, or business development.
  • 2+ years of experience in a project support, coordination, or account management role (agency or publishing experience a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—you keep things moving and never miss a beat.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Eagerness to learn about U.S. corporate reports, design integration, and compliance standards.
