Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Forex Sales representative, based in Manila with the option of working from home on certain days. As a Forex Sales representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, managing customer interactions, and driving sales. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, promoting our forex products and services, conducting sales presentations, and providing training to clients on product usage. You will also manage client accounts, resolve any issues, and collaborate with the sales management team to meet targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Ability to conduct effective Training sessions
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
  • Experience in the financial services or forex industry is a plus
