Dining staff, often including servers, runners, and bussers, are responsible for creating a positive dining experience for guests. Their duties range from greeting customers and taking orders to serving food and beverages, clearing tables, and ensuring the dining area is clean and well-maintained. Effective dining staff possess strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a positive attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and present menus.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly.
  • Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and properly set up.
  • Check on guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Process payments and issue receipts.
  • Follow sanitation, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications:

  • At least a high school graduate (hospitality background is a plus).
  • With or without experience (training can be provided).
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Neat appearance and pleasant personality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
