Momo Paradise, a well-known Japanese shabu-shabu and sukiyaki restaurant, is looking for skilled and experienced Servers with at least 1- 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidates are passionate about Japanese cuisine, committed to delivering excellent service, and capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

For Server:

  • Greet and assist customers promptly with professionalism and warmth.
  • Present menu items, explain dishes and promotions, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring proper presentation and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints courteously and effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to restaurant standards, hygiene, and food safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-5 years of relevant experience as a Server
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and dining culture is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Physically fit, with attention to cleanliness and detail.
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
  • At least 5'2 height
  • No visible tattoo

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
