About the role

La Spezia is seeking a full-time server/cashier to join our dynamic team at our restaurant located in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a server/cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and efficiently handling all cash and payment transactions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  3. Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
  4. Handle cash and payment transactions with precision
  5. Ensure tables are cleaned and reset promptly
  6. Assist with general restaurant duties as needed
  7. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers and colleagues

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a server or cashier in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
  2. Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for providing exceptional dining experiences
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
  5. Good numeracy skills and experience handling cash and payments
  6. Flexible and adaptable to work in a team or independently
  7. A positive, friendly, and professional demeanour
